Even though our train may be a replica and trackless, when we operate it just like the real thing, it recalls a bit of history and brings back the love that we have for trains. Most of the North Texas area has a rich history that includes trains.            At Li'l Grande Trains we celebrate that history every time we run our train.

Included in the service is a trained engineer, additional staff and props to entertain all of your train loving guests. Fares and Rates

Ticket to Ride Events

Events that allows us to charge each passenger to ride

Ticket price is $5.00 includes tax      Ages 2+

Requires an Event Guarantee. A deposit, the greater of $400.00 or hourly rate based on event type (public or limited)

The deposit is refunded based on sales.

Public Events (Minimum 3 Hours)

Events that are open to the general public

  $400.00  first hour

  $250.00  each additional hour

  $125.00  each additional half hour

Limited Events (Minimum 2 Hours)

Events that are open to limited groups such as company employees/guests, school staff and students/guests

  $400.00  first hour

  $200.00  each additional hour

  $ 100.00   each additional half hour

Private Events (Minimum 2 Hours)

Events that are open to small groups such as birthdays or family parties

  $400.00  first hour

  $150.00  each additional hour

  $ 75.00  each additional half hour

Taxes

Will be charged on the total amount for service unless tax exempt. Copy of Tax Exempt Certificate must be provided.

Credit Card Fee

Deposit

  $100.00 Required at booking to reserve the train. Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made prior to 15 days before                             event date. If cancellation is made within 15 days of event date, the Deposit is non refundable.

Balance

Any balance due, must be paid prior to 5 days before event date.

Cancellation

Cancellation due to weather will be rescheduled or full amount refunded if cancelled prior to 3 hours before event time.

Any cancellation within 3 hours before event time will require payment of first hour rate and the rate of any additional hour(s) on site.

Gratuities accepted on site, but nothing means more than sincere words of appreciation for a job well done.
